The trustee could not be found

Are you typing in the LDAP profile name as well when you try to log in? The username should be user@profile for LDAP.

What product are you using? I recall there was a bug like this in WebLink, which is fixed in the most recent release. The particular failure wasn't about logging in (which never indicates which of the username and password was incorrect), it had to do with looking up trustee attributes after a successful login. That lookup didn't work correctly for LDAP trustees.

Do you have Rio or Avante?

Did you create a trust for the LDAP account in the LF Admin console?
