deactivate unable to find specific file

When Deactivating Quickfields 9.0 I get the following error message.

I have tried to uninstall the product and use the supplied Deactivation application and also the command line

Any Assistance would be appreciated

maybe it has already been deactivated?

If you've been using the ActivationTool.exe utility to manually deactivate, it logs by default to C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\LFActivationLog.txt. There may be more information there that could help with troubleshooting. If issues persist, you can open a support case and Laserfiche Support can assist you.
