Is there any way to include a link to the completed form in the body of the email notification to the initiator, in an Email Service Task in Forms? Maybe from the repository?

Hi Deborah,

Try out this link:

http://[SERVERNAME]/Forms/Form/avSubmission?instanceId={/dataset/_instance_id}&submissionId={/dataset/_submission_id}

Let me know if this works for you!

Edit: Make sure to replace [SERVERNAME] with your Form's server's name.

This worked for me, but not for other users. Perhaps because I'm an administrator on the system.

Not that I know of. We use Workflow to send them the PDF of the submitted form.
