LF Mobile URL

Hi,

I used the token to generate a LF Mobile URL in the email content. I clicked on the link from my phone but  instead of generating the mobile IP address in the Sign In window, it generated the WebAccess URL, which gives me a Network Failure error. 

Do I add a new token defining the mobile IP address in the Generate Web Access URLs activity box, in addition to the already exiting WebAccess URL?

The Generate Web Access URL was designed at a time where Mobile was part of the Web Access installation, so it assumes the server name applies to both. If your LF Mobile server is installed on a different machine, you'll have to generate a second set of tokens using the Mobile server's name or IP instead of the WA one.

Yes, it worked! I generated another token for the mobile server. Thanks a million!
