I am working on a project that requires extracting information from a report printed on computer flow line paper. I attached a blank sample of the flow line paper. I wanted to attach a page of the report but discovered that it is more than the allowable 5MB size. 
The Zone OCR has problem extracting information printed on the designed horizontal lines. The accuracy is abysmally low. Is there anyone with suggestions that may help? Would not mind send a sample report page to such persons.
