User has a document shortcut cannot be opened and admin user with full rights cannot view properties.  Have checked all rights on folders and documents, and we are still unable to view anything about the document.

The user was initially on Client Version 8, he has since upgraded to 9.2 to match their server and the issue is still occurring.

Is this a known issue in Laserfiche? Any suggestions on how to enable this document shortcut so that it is viewable to admin user?
