Is there a way to prevent the "Save to Laserfiche" activity from importing the attachments?

  1. Is there a way to prevent the "Save to Laserfiche" activity from importing the attachments after workflow has created and uploaded the attachments to the repository? 

 

I am currently importing the attachments through Workflow and would like to keep the Forms "Save to Laserfiche" activity from importing the documents.

Hi there,

If you are using the Save to Repository activity, and if you don't need the attachments to be there. You can create a new form and remove the file upload field, using that form as a template to save the data.

The problem with that is that I need the final Form to show the attachments they filled out and approved on. 

If they don't, then the form won't be valid.

Then you can delete those attachments using Workflow.

Because the upload data is included, the files are also part of the data get saved.
