forms combo box multi value issue with PDF

hi to all

in Forms i created Combo Box inside a Table and try to fill the PDF file with the selected value but i am not able to get multi value for more information i am attaching Forms , Workflow & PDF file.

Hi Mazahir,

The "Fill Out PDF" activity accepts only single-value tokens in each of its fields. You can "flatten" your multi-value token in the Token Editor by checking the "Apply Index" box, choosing the "All values separated by:", and picking a character to separate the values (screen shot below).

Actually, if you want to use a table, you should be configuring the activity on the Table tab shown in Alex's screenshots above, not in the Individual tab. The Table tab lets you define the column fields with pattern matching, so Workflow can set each value in a multi-value token in a separate row in the table.

You would have to modify the PDF so all the fields in the table are set up as form fields. Currently only the first row is fillable.
