retrieve forms history from workflow

Is it possible to retrieve a form's action history variables from workflow via "Retrieve Laserfiche Forms Content" activity?

 

desired info to capture by "Retrieve Laserfiche Forms Content"

Yes, if the workflow is started by a service task in Forms, you get input parameters for the submitter, the action, date and comment.

In the Workflow Designer, click on the workflow to display its properties on the right pane. Then click View Properties at the bottom of the properties pane. When the dialog opens, turn on the option labeled "Started by Laserfiche Forms". The token lists in all activities will not display an extra set of tokens under Input Parameters for the data available from Forms. They only have values if the workflow is started from Forms, not from documents created in Laserfiche.
