Photodocs - Freezes

When trying to save documents back to Laserfiche from PhotoDocs, I am getting stuck. I made sure Laserfiche folders are exceptions to my Anti-virus just in case. Any ideas?

This problem is tough to troubleshoot over the web. It's best to open a support case with your VAR, or if you have Premium Support, directly with Laserfiche Technical Support.
