Web Access 10 and PDF's

I'm having issues with a client that cant view or open PDF files in web access 10, I can open and view PDF's no problem when i log in with Web Access, but so far no one else can . I thought this could be an issue with older versions of adobe reader .

Any one else having the same problems like these.

We've done a lot of testing in our demo environment and haven't noticed any issues. It's impossible to diagnose without knowing what is going on. What exactly happens when the user tries to open a PDF file in WA 10?

What message are they getting when they try to open the PDF?
What browser are they using?  If using IE, is it set to run in compatibility mode?
Does it work with other browsers?

There is no issue with Web Access 10 and PDF's, its all working fine.
