One of our customers receives numerous ( 30+) submitted forms in their Forms Inbox and would like to select multiple submissions and Approve them all at once. What is the best way to do this? Forms Version 9.2.1.
Mis, I am pretty sure that they can allow approval by email - not so sure you can do bulk approvals thought. The approval by email is set directly on the Approval action. This way the user wouldn't have to leave the comfort of their mailbox but also he/she can approve/reject them as they come in.

When customer approve multiple form, does he need to see the content? or he just want to multi select and approve?
Likely he wants to just select a bunch and Approve and not read content.
Hi there, what business process is this? and what user task he want to just approve without reading the content?
I see now that Direct Approval can be enabled allowing for multiple forms to be approved or denied.
