I'm onboarding a new Records Manager for the organiztion and am trying to give him visibility to the Records Management folders in our RIO RM system.

I have our outgoing Record Manager and our new Records Manager setup exactly the same in AD as well as Laserfiche.  The old Records Manager can see the Records Management folders, but the new one can't.

What am I missing?
