Error whilst trying to run a business process

Hi

One of our users is getting the attached error when they are trying to run a business process from the desktop client. It only happens on their laptop and works as per normal from the web portal.

I have uninstalled and re-installed the client from their laptop.

Any ideas.

Could you check if that file is present in C:\Windows\Assembly on the machine affected?

That file is not present. How do I get it back? Would copy and paste from another computer work?

It's part of the .Net 3.5 framework. Is that installed? If not, you'd need to download it from Microsoft.
