Which Token Gives Access to the Forms Instance ID?

I have a Forms process that kicks off a workflow. I have gone to the Workflow Properties and selected the attribute "Started by Laserfiche Forms" checkbox. Now when I go to the tokens available in Workflow, I see an Input Parameters item and it gives a lot of values. Is the BP Instance ID in that menu that Instance ID from Forms?

%(FormsBPInstanceID)

I added that to the Input Parameters for a Workflow that deals with submitted forms. You can then use the input parameters as a token.
