dear partner, I got this error with QF 9.0.0.4 when I try to configure my Laserfiche connection (server name + repository + login + password, ), the test is failed and I get this error .

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {F2AA5ECF-C6DB-4792-B062-5D4B55DE263B} failed due to the following error: 800736b3 The referenced assembly is not installed on your system. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800736B3).

Is anyone has this error or have an idea how to fix that.

Have you tried to simply uninstall QF, delete the QF installation folder, then reinstall it?

Since you already have a case for this opened already, please update the case with the results and we can continue there.

Is Quick Fields installed on a computer running 64-bit Windows? If so, check C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Laserfiche\LFObjects and confirm that LFSO90.dll is present. If it is, can you let us know what the "Date modified" and "Size" values are? Also, are you able to register the dll using the regsvr32 command?

Dear Alexander, i can confirm you that we use a 64 bits système, thé file is correct and présent and i got loading error when i try to registre thé dll.

The file is present and the exact size is : 7.54 MB (7,909,376 bytes)
