Shortcuts do not open in mobile application

Hello

When I use mobile Laserfich to open some shortcuts of some files sent from other users, I get Error message of "Entry not found. [90001], but this situation do not occurs in PC Laserfiche.

Note. admin account works without problem.

Does the user have rights to see the document?

In addition to what Miruna said, see if you can manually browse to that entry, locate it and open it, using the exact user that sees this error.

Hi Wesam,

Just confirm that you were opening an email link of a shortcut?

If so, we can reproduce the issue but with a different error message, could you please share the version of App/ Mobile Server/ Laserfiche Server? You can find those information in Settings\ Version, thanks.

Mobile Server=9

App/ Mobile=10

Laserfiche Server=9.1.1 build 486

I can not opening an email link of a shortcut in mobile app, but i can open web link in PC browser but not in Mobile browser.

We can reproduce similar problem against mobile server 10 but not on 9.2.1 or 9.1.1 mobile server, could you please share your shortcut's email link? Or open a support case and we will help you there. Thanks.
