Using a link to web access to open a file in the repository based on user ID. Worked fine in Firefox, from 5pm-6pm yesterday was opening only to the folder in the repository where the file was located within Chrome. Is there any know issues with the extension in Chrome to stop at the export of the file from the repository in web access?

Laserfiche web access link to file not working in Chrome

What version of Web Access? Can you post the URL (or the part after the hostname and domain)? What type of document is the URL linking to (electronic, image, office document)?
Web Access 9.1.1
https://company/laserfiche/?db=MWFLASERFICHE#id=208;view=pages
The files are electronic or TIFF.
Is there a particular type of document where this is failing? Are all document types failing to open by URL?
How exactly is it failing? Any errors returned?
This works for me internally for all documents except office documents where I try to open with the Office Plugin. In this case, it's failing because Chrome dropped support for the old API that the Web Access used to use to detect whether the plugin is installed. We fixed it in Web Access 9.2 and up so that it works with a Chrome extension instead (see https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6213033?hl=en and https://support.laserfiche.com/KB/1013534 ).
No errors being returned. Opens the web access and goes to the folder location the ID is at, just doesn't execute opening the file.
It didn't work for a bit for them and started working again in Chrome. But they said firefox and IE were fine.
