Weblink installation files - access denied

I can't download the installation files from the support site for Weblink 9. The web page says "access denied". I am logged into the support site.

Can someone fix this issue so I can download the installation files?

It seems to be working for me. Double check your login credentials.

There seems to be a problem with the LSAP for the product itself, so you wont be able to download it.

The answer to that is NO. This is an issue. How can I activate it?

I've let the Production and LSAP department know about it.  Please ask your VAR to call them to clear it up.
