Laserfiche 9.2 and Acrobat DC

I have a client who is on Laserfiche 9.2.1.562 who is experiencing constant, regular crashes in Laserifiche after upgrading to Adobe Acrobat DC.

If they uninstall DC and revert back to the previous version, they are fine. Most of the issues revolve around working with pdf documents and are using the electronic vewer.

We are having this same issue with one of our own internal users. I upgraded them to 10.0.0.994, same issue. The first pdf they open is fine, the 2nd gives the error and crashes the LF Client.

Please open a support case so we can get a crash dump to diagnose the problem.

The customer said the crash went away on its own, it is still a mystery.

I just went through the same issue on multiple computers.

After upgrading from Adobe Reader XI to Adobe Reader DC, if Internet Explorer is launched even once, the process of closing an Adobe document that is displayed within IE becomes slow. If Laserfiche tries to open a second document while the first is still closing, the second fails to load and may generate an error.

I've had some luck with simply uninstalling, rebooting and re-installing Adobe Reader DC (and Acrobat DC if installed). Disabling the Protected View (Preferences, Security (Enhanced), Protected View, Off) also seems to help.
