Intermediate timer using a Variable you can not specify a Time so when does this run? At midnight?

I have the following Intermediate Timer Event

Using a Variable you can not specify a time so what time of day would this run. Can I assume at Midnight?

Yes. It's midnight of the Process Timezone.
