I'm trying to find a way to disable this pop up banner from Chrome when using Web Access.

The user is currently using Chrome, but isn't on the most up-to-date version. If it is possible I would like to disable this message for all browsers, but if there is a way to do it through Chrome that would be my first priority. Please let me know if you have any experience with this or can think of a way to disable it. Thanks!
