Laserfiche Scanning - Default properties multi-value fields not carrying through to all documents

I have a user who is using Laserfiche to scan multiple 1 page documents.

Some of the template fields in the default properties are filled in so they will transfer to each document. A couple of the fields are multi-value fields with only one value filled in.

Multiple 1 page documents are placed in the scanner and scanned.

When the results are checked all of the fields that were filled in the default properties have transferred to the scanned documents with the exception of multi-value fields.  The first document will contain the multi-value field but the field will be empty in the 2nd, 3rd, etc document.

When returning to check the default properties all of the fields are still filled in.

How do we use Laserfiche scanning so that default properties multi-value fields will transfer their contents to multiple documents?
