Question

Form Deleted - Are Transactions Stored?

asked on December 3, 2015

Hello

Yesterday I deleted one Form (business process) and replaced it with an updated version.  Part of the process model of these forms is a user task to review and accept the form data before moving it along to a service task (send to workflow).

So there is this in-between time when a form is held in Forms waiting to be accepted before a workflow moves it into the repository.

When i replaced the Form I didn't realize there were still some forms waiting acceptance in this in-between stage.

I'd really like to get this data back.  I restored the original version of the form but none of these submitted-not-not-accepted forms came back.  I just want the data contained in them.  I don't actually need to re-create the form, nor do i want to.

Is there any kind of transaction table in the Forms database that would have kept it, from which I could read the data?  If so, where would I find it.

Any thoughts on the subject would be gratefully accepted.

cf_bp_data contains all the submission data, you can join it with cf_bp_dataset to get the variable name
