What works best for everyone when it comes to Quick Fields? Is there a better way to utilize Quick Fields rather than just creating Quick Fields sessions for each vendor and then running one Quick Fields session for each vendor? We have a large list of vendors and it is quite time consuming to run a Quick Fields session for each vendor.
One thought we had is to group multiple (10 or so) vendors together into the same session and then use a distinguishing item for Quick Fields to decide which vendor the document belongs to, and then having Quick Fields extract the information after that. That way we can reduce the number of sessions we have to run.
