Try deleting the XML files in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Laserfiche\WF and reopening the Designer.

Is there an error also in the application evtx log or Workflow evtx log?

Just before I saw this I was able to restart the workflow service and log in with a different windows profile/login and get it to work. I'm going to login with my normal login and see if it still exists., and will see if there is an error too (Not tonight though!)
