Replicate users and groups from one repository to another?

Hello, is there an easy way to replicate users (mostly LF rep named users linked to AD accounts) and LF groups to a newly created repository on the same RIO server?

I have tried exporting the users and groups to xml files, but when importing they error saying the group or user is missing, depending on which list I am transferring.

For you have met error when importing users/groups, could you help give more detailed information:

1. attach screenshots when the error occurs
2. do you see any related message in the event log when you meet the error

3. do you use Desktop Admin or Webadmin, do you know the version of LFS, Admin console you use?

Hello, I not on the customers site today, but I was trying to do the action in the Admin Console. There are errors in the event viewer and I realized that the customers Admin Console is a version older than their LF server. They are updating and will report back.
