when a client scan a document and store it goes to Recycle Bin not to the specified folder ??!!

dear all 

one of ours customers have a problem when laserfiche client scan a document and store it goes to Recycle Bin not to the specified folder ,i have tried to solve the problem buy resitting the client to default and changing the storing volume to default also nothing please help what should i do  ....

I can't think of how this could be happening. Please open a support case so we can narrow down the problem.

i have deactivate the licence and then activate it and it worked without any error ,,,, i know that the problem and the solution very weird ..
