I have just downloaded LF WA 10 and I am trying to see how I can start a discussion as stated in What's New....

Any Suggestions Please??????

First, please make sure that in the Web Access 10 Configuration page, under the Services > General Services section, that you have Social BPM configured there and verified that it connects successfully. Then you should be able to go into Web Access 10, select a document or folder, click on More > Discussions, log into the Social BPM site, and then start a new subpost.

Hi Sahil,

This is not a limitation in the VAR kit, and it looks like it's working for other VARs in this thread. It sounds like there may still be a configuration issue on your side, I'd suggest contacting Support directly at this point if you haven't already.

You have to go to a document and press the "more" button and after "discussions" button and you should be able to start a discussion in the socialBPM

Hello Alex,

Thanks for making the download available, I was able to successfully setup everything.

I have the same issue, the user is able to logon to SocialBPM site, it's properly configured as mentioned above in WA setting page, however still I can't see the Discussions tab neither for Admin nor for a normal user?

Is it a limitation for the Demo or did I miss something?

I wanted to open the case, but just before checked settings & all were fine.

I tried again & it worked!!!

How & why I don't know, but I'm happy that it's working.
