• What operating system you running in your environment?
• What version of Laserfiche and License Manager you currently using? 
• How many domains do you have in your enviroment?
• Is this error only occurring with the single account or is it also happening with other accounts? 
• When did you start noticing this error?  Did this error always occur with this account?
