Hi,
I cannot seem to find a way to automatically synchronise Forms Participants with an Active Directory group and containing 400 users.
I have tried adding the Group within the LDAP configuration, but will only bring in just the group, ie no users. It appears to be a manual process:
1) Synchronise
2) Under Participants Search the AD Group (eg LF_EFORMS_PARTICIPANTS)
3) Select this group
4) Hit the "Allocate License" button.
We are a decent sized organisation with 700 Named user licenses and 400 Forms participant licenses. It seems like a severe limitation for large organizations that are buying hundreds of these participant licenses to expand Forms usage at an enterprise level.
Is there any plan to make this work like it currently does for Named Users in Forms? Is it s feature in V10?
