Records menu bar not present

Hi,

I have installed Laserfiche 9.2.1 version,in LF Client Application 'Records' folder is not showing in menu bar,but in admin console Records management feature is there and in web access its showing in menu bar,only LF Client having this issue,Is there any settings to be enable in LF Client?

If you log in with a different user, can they see the records tab in the Client?

No,Actually i logged in with the admin user with all privileges assigned,still records tab not found,and i tried with other user also.

If you have records management and you can see the tab in Web Access but not in the Client, regardless of your user, I would recommend opening up a support case.
