Error when opening an Excel file:

The user gets this error when doubling clicking an Excel file that is stored in Laserfiche:

Could not load file or assembly 'Interop.LFSO92Lib, Version=9.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=607dd73ee2bd1c00' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied.


   at Laserfiche.OfficePlugin.Connector.App.CreateConnector(Int32 processId, Boolean viewMode)
   at Laserfiche.OfficePlugin.Connector.App.CreateConnector(RepositoryAdapter repo)
   at Laserfiche.OfficePlugin.Common.DocModel.OPArtifact.Create(SharingInformation sharingInfo)
   at Laserfiche.OfficePlugin.Common.DocModel.ArtifactFactory.FromLocalDoc(String path, Boolean readOnly)

 

I'll have to get more details from the user.

Try it on another machine and see if you can open it there.  If it works on another machine, reinstall the LF Client with all the Office Integration components on the problem machine.
