This error pops up when I try to send something out by email. Any help would be great.

You may want your VAR involved with this..

Please apply https://support.laserfiche.com/KB/1013410. Make sure you have a valid backup and know how to restore the db should a problem occur. The query should be run against the LF SQL db.

If you try to login using the client, does it say the same thing?
