laserfiche notification service requirement at forms 10 installation

I tried to install forms 10 and I have a failed prerequisites with the name of "Laserfiche Notification Service"

Which application that add this services to laserfiche?

 

What do I need to install to get this prerequise to be installed

This is a known issue with Forms 10. The notification service only installs on English OSs. The team is working on a fix. You should be able to bypass the pre-requisite, but the real time notifications for tasks in the Inbox will not work.

Is the operating system in a language other than English?

Yes it is in French

 

Windows server 2008 r2 but in french pack

I have the same problem, my operating system language is Spanish.

This issue has been resolved. Please re-download the Forms 10 installation package from the Laserfiche Support Site.

I am facing the same issue but on windows server 2012 R2 64 bit English

I downloaded the latest Forms 10 package and tried to repair the installation it didn't worked also i tried to uninstall and re-installation everything, Still not working.
