AP Demo |AP Invoices Workflow Not Starting

Hello,

I am trying to run the AP Invoice Workflow which should be triggering after scanning the invoices from Quickfields into the 1. Incoming Folder...

However the workflow is not triggering for some reason and the workflow credentials are correct, the starting rules should be working and the repository is connected.

Could someone please assist?

Check the Subscriber Trace to see the events coming in and how they're evaluated.

There is no Invoice Entry after scanning in from Quick Fields.. This is really unusual because the files are there in the repository and the workflow is not starting...

I am really stumped as to how to fix this.

It sounds like Workflow is not configured to use your repository. In the subscriber trace, do you have a tab for the repository you're using to test?

Yes, I tried removing and re-attaching the repository.. Somehow that worked in solving the issue.
