When making changes to a field within admin console. How to you push those updates to the field within a quick fields session?

Open Quick Fields and go into Tools > Options > Metadata Updater and make sure to check "Update Laserfiche metadata when a session is opened" and uncheck "Run only once a day per session". This way each time the session is opened, it will update the metadata.
Did that, reopened the session and it did not update. the field title is covered in a Yellow block.
Please clarify your statement. What change did you make to the field in the Laserfiche Administration Console and what update are you expecting to see in Quick Fields, but isn't occurring?
It is a user drop down list with Approvers. They added 2 more users in the drop down list. One session updated just fine and the users exist in the field in QF. But the other session the Field name is in a yellow box and the field did not update.
I want to see the other session as well update the field with the two added users in the drop down field.

I'm not sure what you're referring to about the field in the session that doesn't update having a yellow box around the name. Can you add a screenshot? Otherwise, you may want to open a support case so we can investigate further.

The invoice reviewer field is in yellow and doesn't contain 2 names that have been added to that specific field.
The Metadata Updater ran and it worked on the other Session properly. The same field.
