I am trying to build my second workflow. My reseller came in and help me with the first one. I keep getting a connection profile error. I thought once a profile built, it runs all workflows. The images below show the wf user rights and privileges in the LF admin console. Another image shows the "successful" workflow with the "success" on validation of this workflow. Another image shows me trying to use the same one on a new workflow which tells me password or user wrong. Hmm, I don't know or remember the password. If I changed to windows authentication in the admin and not use a password, is this going to mess up my "successful" workflow? This successful workflow is being used everyday and I don't want to mess it. up. Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong. Please remember, I am a beginner. Thank so much.

Each workflow has its own profile. You can save a common one in the Designer (Tools menu\Options\General) and reuse it, but changing the password in one profile in one workflow will not automatically update all workflows that log in as the same user.
