Access rights to disable the button 'View Projected Eligibility' from the RMA

Hi all,

Is there any security access for disabling the button 'View Projected Eligibility' from the RMA screen for the end-users? End-users have been given only Browse and Read access to Records series

Please see attached screenshot.

Hi Sheila,

Currently there is no way to disable the 'View Projected Eligibility' button. However, a user can calculate a record's eligibility just by viewing information in the record properties. The 'Calculate Eligibility' dialog box gives the end-users no additional information and the projected dates are not saved, as stated in the help files.

Have your users been given the Read & Browse access rights in order to view records' shortcuts in their search results? If so, upgrading to the newest version of Laserfiche will solve that problem, only requiring users to have the Read access right.
