IP2: Unhandled Exception in CDIBFilterImpl::RunEx

Hi, 

 

i am getting this error on a fresh install of Quickfields with the Barcode. Using the QR code. 

IP2: Unhandled Exception in CDIBFilterImpl::RunEx

 

I have seen articles about it, i have deleted the file as requested and then run the repair. Restarted the server and then it still has the same issue.

What else can i try?

Is Quick Fields/Barcode installed on a Windows 10 PC? If so, this is an issue we're aware of and are working on a fix in a future release. For now, the workaround is to use a non Windows 10 PC if possible.
