Hi,

We are trying to extract information from a QR code using Quick Fields. We get an error stating that it "Cannot find property" Please can someone help elaborate what are the conditions as to why we get this error?

Hi,

Some quick questions:

Does the problem occur on other machines with QF and barcode installed?
Does this problem occur for all barcodes, or just particular documents/barcodes?

Hi Tessa,

We have installed QF with the same QR code session on a different server. Using different ways, doing image smoothing on the Barcode Process. It seems to work, but not very well. The documents are set to 300x300DPI. I can't see why it won't read the QR code. When it says "Cannot find property", I can see the Barcode string in the processing screen.

What would be the best for the documents or to setup QF session to read. Using a barcode to identify the first page and only if the first page condition is met, then we have another barcode then using Pattern matching to extract the information between the pipes. Testing all the regular expressions it is working when we take the barcode string and do tests.

These documents are all used documents which is scanned in, some cases the document has been copied and then scan.
