Hi all,
I have set up Audit Trail Configuration. But, the report does not show real-time information whenever events (such as annotations and printing document) are being monitored.
Thanks to advise.

This is expected behavior. There is a delay of a couple of minutes while Audit Trail processes the audit logs and imports the data into the database.
Hi Miruna,
Thanks for your reply.
Can you please quantify on the delay? How much time does it take to process the event?
Kindly advise.
Kind Regards,
Sheila
It would depend on your Audit Trail setup. Assuming that you have set it up to import data based on age (i.e., "last 7 days"), it should be a matter of minutes. If you set it up with a fixed date range and your events are after the specified range, you will have to manually add a new date range to get the newer events.
Hi Miruna,
The date range for the Audit Trail has been configured for the last 90 days and after the end date has been reached, it is taking information from the current log. The status indicates that it is retrieving for data every 5 minutes. But, within 5 minutes, the audit activities were not displaying.
Thanks to advise.
Kind Regards,
Sheila
Sheila,
Are you using Audit Trail 9.2.1? If so, please make sure that you have applied SP1 for it from KB 1013659. There was an issue where new audit data wasn't being imported into the audit database, but that's fixed with this service pack.
