Hi,I am using Laserfiche 9.2 version,my question is if a document has more than one version,Is it possible to get the link of each version of the document?Is there any way to get web link for each version using workflow?

If you are using Web Access, you can generate a URL directly to each version of a document.

Per the help files on Web Access URLs, you just needs to append ;version=yourVersion number, making the full URL something like this:

https://yourWAMachine/laserfiche/index.aspx?db=YourDatabase#id=YourEntryID;view=pages;version=yourVersionNumber

A completed URL would look like this:

https://MyMachine/laserfiche/index.aspx?db=MyDatabaseName#id=123;view=pages;version=6

I'm not as familiar with Workflow, so I don't know if this functionality is available out of the box, but the General Web Access URLs activity might help you get started. Perhaps someone with more Workflow experience can answer that part of your question.
