The matter seems to have resolved itself once I disabled, and then re-enabled a document class.

When you say the image is missing, is the document stuck in quick fields or does it store like it is supposed to?  If it is stuck in quick fields does it give you an error something to the effect of "Error Reading File"?

I had a similar issue with a PDF and Quickfields. OCR would not work whatsoever properly (was taking text from an area outside where it was in the image). I had to resort to doing text extraction instead, which turned out to be much more reliable, but had to do a lot of workarounds since text in the text extraction wasn't in the same position as in the actual page.

Have you checked your OCR property to see if it says Pixel or Percent?  Under Region Selection, if Unit: says Pixel it would pull from a different area if the images are scanned different.  The first Quick Fields session I set up I had everything at Pixel and it wouldn't pull the right information.  Turns out when documents were scanned on a different scanner, they were scanning at a different DPI.  The documents being scanned were only something like 1200 pixel high but one of my OCR zones was set up to read from 1800 to 2000 pixels down the page.  So what worked from one scanner was not working when scanned on a different scanner.

Sorry for delay, I didn't get any notification of replies.

I have my unit set at Percent instead of pixel.
