Unable to edit report in Agenda Manager

When trying to edit a report in Agenda Manager, this message shows and the page just refreshes.

"This document was checked out to your local drafts folder but the local copy has moved or is on a different computer. The document can only be opened for reading. Discard the checkout to start editing the document."

The document is still on the computer. We tried discarding changes, replacing the report, and uploading a new report, but the message still shows and the report still cannot be edited. Another user is able to edit reports on her machine.

I have two clients unable to edit at all.  They have been instructed to "download the attachment, edit it, and replace it."  I have SCR in circulation, unresolved.  When I engaged Laserfiche Support much of the effort was around setting up WebDAV for the AMServer/AMWorkingFolder web directory.  Also creating and setting OpenDocumentsReadWriteWhileBrowsing registry key.  One of my clients got close.  She was able to open a document in edit mode.  The issue was that the document opened up blank.  

It would be a good idea to create a case with Laserfiche Support.
