laserfiche queue - pr stuck

Hello Guys,

 

   I am new working with this product. We are having some issues every 2 weeks that somes PR stuck on the workflow and the error is related with the send an email for approval. We ran the workflow with this PR and fixed but it is a workaround.

 

   How can you help to me to solve this issue?.

I'm sorry, I don't understand the question. What does "PR" stand for in this context? What do you see to determine that workflow is stuck? What is the error message you see?

Hi Miruna,

 

 Thanks for your help. Some PR (Purchase Request) stuck and the process is not complete on the workflow. We need to run manually.  The process stopped on the email requester and the message is failed. How can I get more details on Laserfiche?.

Did you check the instance details for that workflow? Which activity failed specifically and what errors are listed in the Messages tab?
