Is it possible to view Documents with Links in Laserfiche Weblink 9.2?

Hi,

I have created a few weblink users to access weblink. They will need to see statements, invoices drilled down to other docs. The link will be from the Statement to the invoice and then to the docs that form part of the invoice. I can see it with the admin user, but in weblink I can not see it using a weblink user. Have I incorrectly setup the user? I have give as much access as I could to the read only user.

Hi Gert,

 

It sounds like security is misconfigured the WebLink users. It’s important to keep in mind that security configured in the Administration Console and the Laserfiche Client will be applied across all interfaces – Web Access, WebLink, and Mobile. I’d suggest logging into the Client to start investigating. If the users cannot access document links within the Client, they wouldn't be able to see them in WebLink. Make sure the users have appropriate effective rights and entry access rights on all documents linked together. For example, if the users only have browse and read entry access rights on one document in the document link, they wouldn't be able to see the other documents that are linked together.
