Submitted form does not enter workflow

I have a form whose workflow and everything functioned properly. However, after adding a table to the form, I started running into issues. It would not enter the workflow at all even after I got a message that it was properly submitted. It was also unable to load a preview of the form or the buttons that give the user the option to download or email the form.

Does anyone know what could be causing this issue?

Hi,

Please check if there are any variables in the form that are not being used. If there are any, delete them.

The workflow is not initiated as the form submission has an error (Inbox -> My history).

In the Process Modeler page of your form, click on the validate button (the little tick button) to see if there are no errors. If there are no errors, try to submit another form, and if it still doesn't work as excepted:

Check if you can see your submission in the forms process Results page. Does it say "suspended"?
Check the Event Viewer messages (computer that Laserfiche Forms is installed on) under Windows Logs>Applicatio to see if there are any messages from Laserfiche Forms.
