Effective rights

We have a user who is under 1 group.  AD account.  Full rights to their folder.  Group has full rights.   Everyone has access to the main Users folder this entry only.

 

The user themselves have full access to their folder.  But they are still getting Read-Only in their client.

 

I have given them full license and the group it not read-only.

 

Restarting server and client have not changed their read-only status in client at the top.

 

Any reason a user even with full license keeps getting fixed Read-Only on the client?

I removed them again from trustees.  I added them as an AD account and made sure read-only was again not selected.

 

So far it looks good an they have their full permissions.  Access rights are also looking good as well and inheriting as it should.

Can you confirm that in the Laserfiche Administration Console, this user is not set to be read-only? Please check the user's specific Windows Account, any AD Groups they are a part of that's also listed in the Windows Accounts node, the LF Group that this user is a member of, the Everyone group, and the LF user that this Windows Account may be linked to (if applicable).
