Workflow E-mail Activity "Insufficient System Stroage"

Hello,

Recently in the last couple of months we have had all workflows fail during a short time period on any e-mail activities in Workflow. The ADMINs have not been notified in the Try-Catch branches because the e-mails fail to send. It is often days before we realized there are a number of workflows that have failed. 

Furthermore, I have checked the Window Event Viewer App Logs on our Laserfiche Server, Workflow Sever, and SQL server. I did not find anything that sticks out during the time periods of these errors. I believe the error may have to do with the Exchange Server. We do not have access or control of the Exchange server, but if we can find proof of what the problem was and why it may have occured, we can forrward it off to the Exchange server folks. 

Please see the example below. I am looking for advice on how to notify our IT team when and if this particular error occurs again and also the possible answer to why the error is occurring.

Based on the activity name, you're emailing out documents? Could you find the entire message in the activity errors.log (WF Admin Console\Monitoring\Error Log\Current Error Logs) and paste it here?
